1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
2.2 Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Course Enrollment and Access
3.1 Enrollment Process
When you enroll in a course, you gain access to course materials according to the course format (live online, on-demand, or in-person).
3.2 Access Period
- On-Demand Courses: Lifetime access to course materials
- Live Online Courses: Access to recordings for 6 months after course completion
- In-Person Training: Materials provided during training remain accessible
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing and Fees
Course prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (₵) and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept Mobile Money, bank transfers, and cash payments. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
4.3 Taxes
Prices may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 On-Demand Courses
7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
5.2 Live Online Courses
- Full refund if you cancel 48+ hours before the first session
- 50% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the first session
- No refunds after the first session begins
5.3 In-Person Training
Refund terms are specified in your corporate training agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Course Content
All course materials, including videos, slides, documents, and resources, are owned by ImpartHub or our instructors and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
6.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Share course materials with others
- Record, copy, or redistribute course content
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright notices
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse instructors or other students
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the operation of our platform
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Certificates
Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate. Certificates verify course completion but do not constitute professional accreditation or licensing.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to courses and materials may be revoked.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Course content will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors will be corrected
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpartHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ImpartHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
